The second StAnD Community Day in Greece concluded successfully on 25 May 2026 on the premises of Ellinogermaniki Agogi.
Approximately 200 people visited the StAnD corner, including students from the school and their families. Students who had taken part in StAnD were on hand to present the project and StAnd resources, and were confident in talking about it from their own experience. Visitors were also able to take part in hands-on activities, such as meteor triangulation or observing meteorite samples through a stereoscope.

Community Days are a great way to share this project to the local community and raise awareness about the importance of STEM subjects. If your school has used StAnD resources and would like to hold a StAnD Community Day, then please contact your local organiser or contact us!
